2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings may be made through the official Baglioni Art Suite website, through the online booking engine or directly with the accommodation provider.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the guest has completed the booking process and received a written booking confirmation by email. Where payment or a deposit is required, the booking will be confirmed only after the required transaction has been successfully completed.
The guest is responsible for providing complete and accurate personal information, contact details, arrival and departure dates, and the correct number of guests.
Prices and availability displayed during the booking process apply to the selected accommodation, dates and number of guests. Additional charges may apply if the number of guests or other booking details are subsequently changed.
The maximum occupancy indicated for the selected accommodation must not be exceeded. Any request to modify a confirmed booking is subject to availability and may result in a change to the total price.
Guests should carefully check the booking confirmation and promptly report any incorrect information by contacting info@baglioniartsuite.com.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and apply to the accommodation, dates and number of guests selected during the booking process.
The final price, including any applicable supplements, will be displayed before the booking is completed. Any local tourist tax or other charge not included in the booking price will be clearly indicated or collected separately where required by applicable law.
Payment must be made according to the conditions displayed during the booking process. Depending on the selected rate, full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
Online payments are processed securely through the payment service available in the booking engine. Baglioni Art Suite does not directly store the guest’s complete payment-card details.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the instructions and deadline stated in the booking confirmation.
Additional costs resulting from changes to the booking, additional guests, optional services or damage to the accommodation may be charged separately where applicable.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@baglioniartsuite.com. The cancellation date is the date on which Baglioni Art Suite receives the request.
The following cancellation conditions apply to direct bookings:
• More than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date: cancellation is free of charge and any amount already paid will be refunded.
• From 14 days to more than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date: 50% of the total booking price will be charged.
• From 7 days before the scheduled check-in date until the check-in date: 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
Any refund due will be made using the original payment method. The time required for the refunded amount to become available may depend on the payment provider or the guest’s bank.
Requests to change booking dates are subject to availability and possible price differences. If a requested change cannot be accepted, the applicable cancellation conditions will remain in effect.
